Ingredients

  • red, green and yellow bell peppers
  • onion
  • yellow squash
  • zucchini
  • vinegar
  • chilli flakes
  • mixed herbs
  • broccoli, cut into florets
  • A few lettuce leaves
  • Salt and pepper to season
  • olive oil
  • slices of Brie
  • cream cheese
  • plum chutney
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Few drops of tabasco

Vegetable sandwich Process

  1. Trim the broccoli.
  2. Grill the bell peppers/capsicum, zucchini on both sides. Brush with olive oil and
    sprinkle herbs.
  3. Marinate the grilled vegetables with vinegar, chili flakes, mixed herbs the mixture for about 10-15 minutes.
  4. Grill slices of bread.
  5. Spread on the grilled bread by mixing together cream cheese, plum chutney, a few drops of tabasco sauce and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Add a layer of-of lettuce and add the vegetable mix.
  7. Add 2-3 slices of Brie cheese.
