Vanilla Cake | Dessert Recipe | International Cuisine

Vanilla Cake is a slightly denser than average cake with a tight crumb. It can easily prepared at home. It is made by butter, condensed milk, maida, vanilla essence, milk.

Ingredients 

  • 125 gms unsalted butter
  • 1 cup condensed milk 
  • 1 ¾ cup maida 
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • ¾ tablespoon baking soda
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
  • 1 ½ cup milk warm

Instruction to make Vanilla Cake

  1. Take a unsalted butter and condensed milk in a bowl and whisk beat till the mixture turns whitish.
  2. Now add maida, baking powder, baking soda, salt, vanilla extract and mix well.
  3. Then add warm milk and mix well to the cake batter.
  4. Now transfer the prepared cake batter into the loaf tray.
  5. Bake the cake in preheated oven at 180 degree Celsius for 30 minutes.
  6. Now let it cooled completely and the slice the cake with the help of knife.
  7. Vanilla cake is ready to eat.
