This salad recipe is a fresh and detoxifying salad recipe. You can add to your daily routine if you want to main a proper diet.

Ingredients

  • small red carrots
  • cucumber
  • red onion
  • tomatoes
  • green tomato
  • sweet corn
  •  green onion
  • almond oil
  • black olives (seedless)
  • green chilli
  • coriander, chopped
  • mint, chopped
  • fresh thyme
  • raw mango powder (amchur powder)
  • whole black pepper, roasted and crushed
  • sesame seeds
  • hung curd

Salad Process

  1. Cut all the vegetable carrots, cucumber,  red onion, and tomato into small cubes. After that mix those vegetables in a bowl.
  2. Add some sweet corn,  black olives, spring onion, almond oil, fresh coriander, chopped green chilies, fresh mint, fresh thyme, amchur powder, black pepper and sesame seeds.
  3. While serving, top with hung curd, nachos, and thyme.(You can add some boiled egg white too)
