Rasmalai is a Bengali sweet. It consisting of soft paneer ball soaked in sweet, flavoured milk. Rasmalai is also made with homemade paneer.
- 4 cup milk
- ½ tablespoon cardamom powder
- Few saffron
- ¼ cup sugar
- 2 tablespoon cashew
- 2 tablespoon almonds
- 2 tablespoon pistachios
- 1 cup milk powder
- 2 tablespoon sugar powdered
- ¼ cup milk
- ½ tablespoon ghee
Instruction to make Rasmalai
First prepare the rabdi by boiling milk.
Now add cardamom powder and few saffron, sugar and stir well and simmer for 5 minutes.
Scrape off the cream from sides and allow milk to thick. Now Add cashew, almonds and pistachios.
Simmer for 5 minutes by stirring.
Now Rabri is ready and keep aside.
Prepare rasmali by taking milk powder in a large pan and add powdered sugar and milk.
On a low flame stir continuously till the milk combines well with milk powder.
Now add ghee and mix well.
Mix well until no lump and make thick.
Now prepare small balls and flatten. Pour rabdi on the rasmalai.
