Pasta | Italian pasta recipe Indian cuisine style | masala pasta

Pasta is a staple food of traditional Italian cuisine, which is very simple to prepare. I am sharing an easy recipe of delicious of pasta in white sauce which can be prepared with home ingredients which are easily available in the market.

The preparation tips

  1. Before cooking wash the pasta in normal water.
  2. Boil it until becoming little soft with little salt and white oil.
  3. After boil drains the hot water and washes it carefully with cold water it will stop the pasta to become overcooked.
  4. Sprinkle the little amount of oil on it will prevent the stickiness.
  5. Since this is a Italian cuisine, the more you use cheese, mayonnaise kind of product it will become more delicious.


  • Pasta of your choice.
  • Mushroom.
  • Dry chili flakes.
  • Capsicum (you can add vegetables of your choice in small cubes).
  • Cheese (you can use refined flour also).
  • 4 Eggs.
  • Chicken (optional).
  • Milk.
  • Oregano.
  • Salt.
  • Pepper.
  • Butter.

Pasta Process

  • Boil the pasta as described above.
  • Now if you are adding vegetables cut them in a small cubes and fry them in butter.
  • Fry the chicken , mushroom etc.
  • The sauce preparation:
    i. Take the egg yolk and whisk it well.
    ii. Now mix this with milk and add it into the pot in a low flame.
    iii. Stir it until its become thick.
    iv. Add grated cheese (you can add mayonnaise too, if you don’t have these options then in half cup of water add some refined flour and stir it   well, there shouldn’t be any lump. And add this to the white sauce you prepare.) and mix well , if required you can add milk again.
    v. Add salt, pepper, chili flakes, oregano etc stir and mix well.
    vi. You sauce is ready.
  • Now add all fried vegetables, Mushroom, chicken etc. you can add the poached egg whites too which are left after taking only egg yolks.
  • Check the salt and other herbs and spice.You can add more according to your taste buds.
  • Stir well, cover and leave it for 2 minutes, and your recipe is ready.
  • you can topped it with some finely chopped parsley.
  • Serve hot and enjoy.
