Paneer Tikka Veg Recipes is a typical Punjabi cuisine which tastes yummy as Paneer, capsicum and onions are marinated in a yoghurt based marinade. Try and let us know how it really came out!

Ingredients:

  • paneer – 1/2 kg
  • tomato – 1
  • onion -1
  • capsicum – 1

Marinade for paneer tikka:

  • cumin seeds – 1/2 Tbsp
  • coriander seeds – 1/2 Tbsp
  • brown cardamom – 1
  • green cardamom – 10
  • cloves – 1/2 Tbsp
  • black pepper – 1/2 Tbsp
  • star anise – 2 pieces
  • shahee zeera – 1/2 Tbsp
  • ginger-garlic paste – 3 Tbsp
  • turmeric powder – 2 tsp
  • red chilli powder – 2 tsp
  • coriander powder – 2 tsp
  • kashmiri chilli powder – 2 tsp
  • refined oil – 2 Tbsp
  • lime – 1/2
  • dry mango powder – 1/2 Tbsp
  • chaat masaala – 1/2 Tbsp
  • green chilli, chopped – 2
  • whisked curd – 100 gms
  • garam masala – 1/2 Tbsp
  • Coriander leaves, chopped
  • Mint leaves, chopped
  • Salt to taste

Paneer Tikka Veg Recipes Procedure:

  1. Marination for paneer tikka:
  2. In a pan dry roast and pound cumin seeds, coriander seeds, brown cardamom, green cardamom, cloves, black pepper, star anise and shahee zeera.
  3. In a clean bowl add ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, salt, Kashmiri chilli powder, refined oil, coriander leaves chopped, mint leaves chopped, lime, dry mango powder, chaat masala, green chilli, whisked curd and hara masala. Mix them well.
    For grilling :
  4. Marinate the paneer cubes and keep it in refrigeration for 45 minutes.
  5. In a tray spread some cubically cut onion, capsicum and tomatoes and add the marinade and mix them well.
  6. Skewer the paneer and rest of the vegetables for roasting.
  7. Then grill the tikkas till cooked.
  8. Serve the paneer tikka veg recipes hot with green chatni.
