Mosaru kodubale is a popular snacks from Karnataka which is deep fried in oil. Mosaru kodubale is in round shape and prepared using rice flour, curd, curry leaves, cumin seeds, coriander leaves ect.
- ½ cup curd
- 1 cup rice flour
- ½ cup water
- 1 tablespoon cumin
- 7-8 curry leaves finely chopped
- Pinch hing
- 2 tablespoon coriander finely chopped
- 2 green chili finely chopped
- ½ tablespoon salt
Instruction to make Mosaru Kodubale
Take large bowl add curd and water.
- Boil the buttermilk in a pan.
Now add cumin, pinch hing, curry leaves, coriander, green chilli, tablespoon oil and salt and mix well.
Add rice flour and close with led. (do not stir)
On a low flame cook until the rice flour are cooked.
Mix well and make sure water has been absorbed completely.
Now transfer the dough into mixing bowl and let it cool slightly.
In a wet hands start kneading the dough and make small ball sized, roll gently to form a long rope.
Now cut the rope and join the edges to form a ring shape.
On a medium flame deep fry kodubale in a oil until golden brown.
Mosaru Kodubale is ready to serve with hot tea or coffee.
