Kodubale is one of the most popular snacks of Karnataka. Kodubale made up of rice flour, coconut, gram powder and deep fried in oil.
- 1/2 cup rice flour
- 1/2 cup semolina
- 1/2 cup maida
- 1/2 tablespoon carom seeds
- 1 tablespoon salt
- Pinch hing
- 1/2 cup coconut
- 1 tablespoon cumin
- 4-5 red chili
- Water required
Instruction to make Kodubale
Take a mixing bowl, add rice flour, semolina and maida, carom seeds, hing and salt. Combine well.
Then add 2 tablespoon hot oil and mix well.
Now prepare the masala by adding coconut, jeera and red chilli in a mixer blend smooth paste by adding water.
Transfer the prepared masala paste over the flour and knead to smooth dough.
Roll and prepare small circles and heat oil in a pan and deep fry the kodubale.
Fry the kodubale till golden brown on medium flame and drain off on to a tissue paper to remove excess oil.
Kodubale is ready to eat.
