Kaju Pista roll is a combination of cashews and pistachios rolled into one. The cashew and pistachio are rich in taste. Everyone will savor its taste.
- ¾ cup pistachios powdered
- ¼ cup sugar powdered
- 1 tablespoon milk powder
- required water
- 1 cup cashew powdered
- ½ cup sugar
- 1/8 tablespoon cardamom powder
- 1 tablespoon ghee
- Silver vark
Instruction to make Kaju Pista Roll
In a large mixing bowl add pistachios powder and powdered sugar and mix well.
Now add required water and knead.
Add milk powder and knead to a non sticky dough.
Now take sugar and water in a pan and stir the sugar syrup.
In a another bowl add cashew powder to sugar syrup and mix well.
Add cardamom powder, ghee and continue till the dough is formed leaving the pan.
Now transfer the cashew dough into butter paper and roll the dough lightly thick.
Cut the rolled cashew dough to half and take prepared pistachios dough and roll into a cylinder shape.
Now wrap the cashew and roll enclosing the pistachio roll, make the kaju pista roll uniform cylinder.
Cut the roll 2 inches and roll over silver vark.
Kaju pista roll is ready to serve.
