Try this wonderful dessert at home and make your family happy!
- egg yolks- 2
- castor sugar – 2 Tbsp
- mascarpone or cream cheese – 250 gm
- strong black coffee (make the coffee with 175 ml water with 2 tbsp of coffee) – 175 ml
- brandy(cognac) – 3 Tbsp
- sponge fingers (sponge cake cut into fingers) – 150 gm
- vanilla essence (optional) – few drops
- Cocoa powder for dusting
Tiramisu Recipe Procedure:
- Take a bowl and beat the egg yolks and sugar together. The mixture should become light and creamy.
- To this add the vanilla essence and fold it into the mascarpone.
- Now, into the strong black coffee add the brandy and stir well.
- Carefully and Quickly dip the sponge fingers in the coffee-brandy liquid.
- Make sure the fingers don’t crumble.
- Take a shallow dish and arrange a layer of sponge fingers then cover them with a layer of mascarpone.
- So now, create several layers with the same sequence. Make sure the top layer is of mascarpone.
- Chill this in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours.
- Dust with cocoa powder and serve.
