Fried King Fish Goan style for delicious coastal cuisine. You must try this King fish fry in goan style once to enjoy the authentic coastal flavor at your home.
- 2 pcs of King Fish
- 2 teaspoon of Red chilli powder
- 1/4 teaspoon of Turmeric powder
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon of Amchur or tamarind paste powder
- Oil for frying
- Semolina for the coating
Fried king fish goan style Process:
Wash and clean the fish properly.
Now take a bowl add red chili powder, haldi, amchur powder and salt little water and make a paste.
Now add this paste to the fish and let it marinate for 10 to 15 minutes for good taste.
Then, now in a frying pan/Tawa heat about 1 tablespoon of oil.
While the oil is getting heated coat those marinated fish with samolina / suji and place it on the Tawa/pan.
Fry both sides well till the fish is done. You can add more oil if needed.
Your goan style fish fry is ready. Garnish with a slice of lime and onion rings.
