Smoothie is a thick, cold beverage made from raw fruit blended with other ingredients such as water, crushed ice cube, fruit juice, honey, sugar, Stevie, syrup and dairy products.
- 4 dates or kajur seedless
- 4 almonds
- 1 tablespoon dry grapes
- 4 cashew
- 4 pistachios
- 1 ripened banana sliced
- 3 tablespoon warm water
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 cup cold milk
Instruction to make Banana Smoothie
firstly, take small bowl soak dates, almond, cashew, pistachios and 1 tablespoon dry grapes for 20 minutes in warm water.
after soaking dry fruits for 20 minutes in warm water, transfer to blender.
add 1 ripened banana, 1 cup cold milk and 1 tablespoon honey.
blend smooth and make sure all dry fruits are blended well.
finally, pour banana smoothie in a serving glass and serve.
