A cookie is a baked snack that is small, flat and sweet. It usually contains flour, sugar, egg and some type of fats. It may include other ingredients such as raisins, chocolate chips, nuts, etc.
- ½ cup unsalted butter room temperature
- ¼ cup sugar
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon corn flour
- ½ tablespoon baking soda
- pinch of salt
- 2 Egg
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 3 tablespoon milk room temperature
- ¾ cup chocolate chip
Instruction to make Cookies
In a large mixing bowl take unsalted butter.
Add sugar, egg and brown sugar.
Beat or whisk till the butter and sugar and egg turns creamy.
In a sieve take all purpose flour, baking soda and pinch of salt.
Then add vanilla extract, milk and combine well.
Also add chocolate chip and mix well.
Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Make small balls, flatten the cookies slightly.
Place the cookie in a baking tray lined with butter paper leaving space in between.
Bake the cookies at 180 degree celsius in oven until golden.
Cool the cookies for 5 minutes on the tray, then transfer into serving plate.
