Cheese Macaroni | Italy Recipe

Macaroni is mixed with cheese so it is called Cheese Macaroni. Macaroni is boiled and added few ingredients. It is an Italy food. It is not a spicy food. It is quick family dinner everyone like it.

Ingredients

  • 1 packet macaroni
  • 3 tablespoon butter
  • 1/4 cup cheese
  • 2 tablespoon maida flour
  • 1/2 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon pepper powder
  • water
  • oil
  • 1 cup milk

How to make Cheese Macaroni

  1. Add 3-4 cup of water in the vessel and boil for 3 minutes. Add 2 table spoon of oil and 1/2 table spoon salt to the boiling water.
  2. Now add macaroni to the boiling water and boil for 4-5 minutes in a high flame and turn of the flame.
  3. Remove the hot water from the macaroni and add normal water.
  4. Now take pan and heat for few seconds and add 3 tablespoon butter and melt the butter, add 1 cup milk and boil it.
  5. Once the milk is boiled add 2 tablespoon maida flour and stir it well. Then add 1/4 cup cheese and stir it well. Now cheese sauce is ready.
  6. Now add cheese sauce to the boiled macaroni and pepper powder on top.
