- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 tablespoon garlic ginger paste

Instruction to make Beetroot Soup
First, in a cooker add butter and saute bay leaf until it turns aromatic.
Then add garlic ginger paste, shallots and saute until it shrinks.
Now, add beetroot, 1 tomato, salt and saute for 3 minutes.
Add 2 cup water and cook for 3-4 whistles and drain off the water and cool completely.
Now vegetables into a blender and blend to smooth paste.
Transfer the smooth paste into a large pan.
