Baby Corn Fry | Snacks Recipe | Indian Cuisine

Baby Corn Fry  is a healthy and tasty snack recipe. Its is very easy snack recipe. Made with baby corn, flour, corn flour, ginger garlic paste and deep fried in oil.


  • 10 baby corn
  • ¼ cup maida
  • ¼ cup corn flour
  • ¼ tablespoon turmeric
  • 1 tablespoon red chilli powder 
  • ½ tablespoon garam masala powder
  • ¼ tablespoon pepper crushed
  • Few curry leaves crushed
  • ½ tablespoon ginger garlic paste
  • ¼ tablespoon salt
  • Oil
  • ½ cup water

Instruction to make Baby Corn Fry

  1. Boil baby corn for 3-4 minutes.
  2. Now in a bowl add maida, corn flour,  turmeric, red chilli powder, garam masala, pepper, ginger garlic paste,  curry leaves, salt, tablespoon oil, water and mix well to form a smooth paste or batter.
  3. Then dip the boiled baby corn into batter by coating all sides.
  4. Now in a pan add oil and heat, deep fry baby corn until it turns golden.
  5. Serve baby corn fry with tomato sauce.
